To register, all you have to do is select the Class for your band and then complete and submit the Registration Form. Registration will be limited to 24 registrations received and confirmed.

A registration fee of $75.00 is due from each band. In accordance with GMEA rules, all Georgia bands must also submit a separate check for $500.00 as an appearance bond. The check for the appearance bond will be held and returned upon performance. Please make all checks payable to the “South Gwinnett Band Association.”

We are proud to be a certified GMEA Marching Festival and Contest. You can see the GMEA's adjudication information and forms at the GMEA website. Our classifications are based on the total number of WIND players ONLY. Bands may enter any higher classification but not a lower one.
