Performing artists deserve recognition for their long hours of hard work. The Southern Star Invitational provides a great opportunity to reward the students!

To recognize the variety of achievements, a wide variety of awards will be presented. With large and impressive trophies, students will have something to take home and proudly display.

All bands participating in the Festival portion of the show will be rated Superior, Excellent, Good, or Fair. No numeric scores will be given.

Trophies will be presented to bands with overall Superior and Excellent ratings.

Trophies and awards will also be awarded for Superior ratings in the following band sections:

Percussion
Color Guard
Dance Line, Majorettes, and Auxiliaries
